Kayla Joy Staples

I'm originally from Tucson, Arizona. I’m an explorer at heart, always looking for adventure, magic and treasures around every cactus and corner. After graduating from UCLA, I officially made the move from one “endless summer” state to the next----minus the saguaros, add the ocean. Los Angeles became my home away from home and I have called myself to be a beach bummin', sunshine lovin', California girl for the last decade.

I am a reader, a dreamer, a nomadic wandering gypsy, with a zest for life, inspiring + teaching others, while trying to have some fun on this playground called earth. Right now, I am on my personal pursuit of happy-ness, which for me, means following my heart, my flow, and truly living life for a living. In order to do this, I had to put the fear of fitting into the box behind me, and instead jump into the unknown----taking chances, dreaming big, asking tough questions, and looking for new answers.

 

As a result, I have been exposed to a vast amount of knowledge, experiences, and people that I wouldn't have otherwise encountered. I have seen what a small, connected world we live in, and how important it is to give back. I have become more clear on who I am and what my passions and purpose are. I am at a very exciting time on this journey called "life" and I am looking forward to seeing where this next road will lead me.
