Taught English as a foreign language at an all Thai high school in rural Thailand. Developed all original curriculum, worksheets, quizzes, and exams. Lead teacher for English Club. Specifically worked with Thai students on conversational English language, grammatical accuracy, pronunciation, and increasing vocabulary. Trash Hero World / Trash Hero Indonesia

Volunteered to help local chapters create and regularly update thier Facebook pages in order to generate attention and interest for weekly beach clean ups. Created a database for all chpaters to input thier weekly data, and communicated individually and collected all data from 25 chapters to create a PR post for social media. Published article on Trash Hero and social media to education and bring awareness to the cause.

Developed, launched and maintained daily lifestyle website within a uniquely designed day-planner format. Wrote and edited content covering an array of topics including food, fashion, health, home, beauty, technology, DIY, for a daily editorial lifestyle blog. Strategized and conceptualized lifestyle photo shoots and wrote/edited editorial pieces based on trends, community response, and of course our personal experience. Communicated, promoted and grew website through multiple social communication platforms. Wrote and edited monthly content for Rogue Handicapping's monthly blog, Going Rogue. Attended social events and competed in handicapping tournaments for research and advanced working knowledge of the app. Networked, learned the business, and actively promoted Rogue Ratings product. Maintained social media presence. Connected with the Rogue Handicapping team to help bring horseracing to the new generation of novice players.

Passed California Basic Educational Skills Testâ„¢ (CBEST®), designed to test basic reading, mathematics, and writing skills found to be essential for the job of an educator, and is required for substitute teachers in the state of California. Substitue taught in Early Childhood program, Kindergarden through 6th grade classrooms, and specialst classes including art, physical education, science, and technology.

Closely assisted three master teachers in the 6th grade classroom. Co-developed and instructed accelerated math program. Oversaw technology classes including typing, digital citizenship and an introduction to coding. Maintained all student records and managed class webpage/student blog. Point person for all communication to and from sixth graders and their families.

Assistant to the program director for six week summer program hosting students 1st - 6th grade. Duties include registering, scheduling, and accepting payment for incoming summer students. Correspondence with teachers and parents via phone and e-mail. Organization of office paperwork filing system and online database. Ensuring overall functionality and smooth operation of daily camp activities for teachers, parents, additional staff, and campers.

EARLY CHILDHOOD + KINDERGARDEN TRANSITION TEACHER

Worked with the students entering Early Childhood Programs through Kindergarden, helping transition students into a full-day school schedule. Provided studets with a mix of fun recreational activities, field trips around Los Angeles, as well as academia involving units on art, different regions of the world, gardening, etc.

Visual merchandising for front and side window displays, as well as all creative marketing within store to ensure efficacy of sales. Worked closely with management/buyers to do purchasing due to understanding of customer demographics and latest trends. Trained new employees on computer system, and demonstrated strong customer service and communication skills with outside vendors.
